Opposite seasons in the sourthern hemisphere:

Experiment: Seasons are opposite in the southern hemisphere. Level 7 quality evidence - Objective measurements I’ve observed the seasons in the southern hemisphere where short days are in June and long in December. In July of 2026, I will return to Brazil and observe this again first hand. It will be winter there and the coldest time of year. This is well known to everyone who lives there and I have felt it myself. Last time I was there was January and it was hot. Also: There is no northern hemisphere constellations in the southern hemisphere. There is no little or big dipper or any other ones we see here. There is no Polaris or central star. I asked Flavia to ask her family if they have ever heard of this and they have not (Level 2 evidence) The sky is bright at her uncle’s farm so hopefully I can ger some photos. Goal: Agree this is true even if you haven’t seen it firsthand. Next steps: compare to models of flat and sphere earth.
